At Shopnexura, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model, returns and refunds follow specific conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery of the item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we may offer:

Full refund to the original payment method
4. Change of Mind Returns
Because products are shipped directly from suppliers, returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference may not always be accepted.
If approved:

Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
Return addresses vary depending on the supplier or warehouse location.
Customers must contact support first to receive the correct return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may result in loss of refund eligibility.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier:

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
In certain cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative solution.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before processing begins.
Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may not be possible.
