Shopnexura operates using a global dropshipping fulfillment model. Products are shipped directly from our international suppliers and fulfillment centers to customers.

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Split Shipments

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
